Content & Image Rights
Ownership, attribution and permission for site materials.
Updated September 27, 2026 · Version 2026-09-27.1
Ownership and permission
Original materials belong to their respective owners. Website use does not transfer ownership of TKL, employer, client or third-party materials. Reuse requires an applicable license or other legal basis. A credit, disclaimer or removal of a client name does not itself grant permission.
Images and supplied assets
Use only images and content whose intended commercial use is authorized. A photograph of a person is not automatically owned by that person. Project materials may require creator licenses, agreed attribution or other permissions. Restrictions and third-party marks remain relevant.
Demonstrations and professional experience
Illustrative diagrams and in-development projects are labeled as such. They do not imply a real client result, endorsement or completed feature. Professional experience is not represented as TKL client delivery merely because the founder contributed to it in another role.
Rights concerns
Email karl@tkldigital.com identifying the page and material concerned, your relationship to the rights, and how we can contact you. Do not submit confidential contracts or identity documents through a general form. This is a contact process, not a claim of registered DMCA-agent status or legal safe-harbor qualification.
