The website provides separate analytics, AI-chat and external-font controls. Necessary functions and the preference record remain available. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent using the inquiry form, email link, booking link or checkout. No advertising category is enabled by these controls.

Preference storage

The browser preference record is called tkl_privacy_v1. It records the notice version, categories selected, update time and expiry, normally for 180 days. If storage is blocked, the choice may last only for the page session. You may be asked again when it expires or the version changes.

Analytics and attribution

When enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<property>. Campaign fields utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term can be stored in sessionStorage, along with a minimized landing-page URL. This implementation disables advertising personalization and does not intentionally put form entries or query strings into page-view events. Browser privacy signals keep analytics off.

AI chat and fonts

Optional HighLevel / LeadConnector chat can use provider storage and process connection and conversation data. Google Fonts receives requests for typefaces when selected; device fonts are used otherwise. Third-party names and storage can change, so contact us with a specific provider question. Booking and Stripe are ordinary outbound links rather than embeds loaded automatically on these pages.

Withdrawal and limitations

Open Privacy choices at any time to reject or change selections. Turning off analytics clears known accessible analytics cookies and campaign values. Withdrawing running analytics or chat saves the new preference and reloads the page to stop the provider code. Copy unsent form text or chat first.

A website cannot erase third-party cookies it cannot access, browser caches, or server records merely by withdrawing browser permission. Use browser controls for those cookies and contact TKL about information already submitted.
