I learned to make moving pieces work together.
I started in video and content production, coordinating people, assets, timelines, revisions and delivery. A good result needed both creative thinking and a process people could follow.
I'm a systems and automation leader with a marketing background and a creative-production mindset. My work connects the tools businesses buy with the way the business actually operates: removing repetitive work, improving visibility, and designing dependable workflows.
The goal is not more automation. The goal is less friction, better information, and fewer things falling through the cracks.
The titles changed. The through-line stayed the same: understand the moving pieces, find where the handoffs break, and build a better way to work.

My marketing background connected the creative work to business outcomes. Digital marketing made me increasingly interested in the systems behind acquisition, communication, CRM and reporting.
Building an internal integration at Omari MC and selected independent CRM projects deepened my interest in solving operational problems with technology. That experience developed further in automation and attribution leadership.
I do not start with a platform. I start with what the business is trying to accomplish and how the system needs to behave, including data quality, exceptions, human review and ownership.
TKL Digital began as my video-production business. As my work expanded into marketing, integrations and automation, the focus evolved. I am now developing its next chapter around practical business systems.
I kept seeing businesses with websites, CRMs, scheduling, accounting, operational software and automations, but no clear way for the pieces to work together. I wanted a company where the first question is not which software to sell. It is what is actually slowing the business down.
I want to help founder-led and growing organizations gain access to thoughtful systems work without needing a large internal technology department. That includes owners building a business around their expertise and small teams whose operations have outgrown their original tools.
Understand the process before prescribing software.
Define monitoring, exceptions, ownership and recovery.
AI should remove repetition, not accountability.
Look for time saved, friction removed and better information, without inventing results.
I'm from Birmingham, Alabama, and live in Atlanta with my wife and children. Outside work, I enjoy biking city trails, Falcons games, technology, playlists, crate-digging and editing home videos.
The creative side still matters. A technically correct system can be frustrating to use. I care about making the work understandable to the people who depend on it.
