Website Projects
Standalone website projects are scoped before work begins. Pricing shown on the site is a starting point. Final pricing, page count, content responsibilities, revisions, integrations, timeline, ownership, and delivery terms are confirmed in the applicable agreement.
Foundation and Growth
Foundation is a monthly backend automation service and does not include a website. Growth includes a website while the service is active. After 6 paid months, the completed website is yours to keep. Six-month prepayment receives 10% savings.
Cancellation and Nonpayment
Monthly services may be canceled subject to the applicable agreement. If an account remains unpaid after notice or payment attempts, TKL Digital may pause work, suspend managed services or hosting, or delay transfer of deliverables.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, lawful content, and the access reasonably needed to perform the work.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, reviews, rankings, revenue, ROI, advertising results, or operational savings.
