Website use is not a project agreement

Submitting an inquiry, booking a discussion or using the assistant does not itself create a consulting engagement or authorize work. Scope, deliverables, price, timing, responsibilities and relevant data-processing terms are agreed separately. An assistant cannot amend a contract or make binding compliance, implementation or outcome promises.

The website is intended for business representatives able to enter an agreement and authorized to provide the information submitted. Do not send employer or third-party confidential materials without authority.

Services and project scope

TKL Digital offers systems strategy, integrations, operational automation, applied AI, data and reporting work, internal tools, websites and related services. Descriptions explain capabilities rather than promising that every feature is included in every engagement. A proposal, order, checkout or service agreement controls service-specific terms.

Website projects

A standalone website project is scoped before work begins. The displayed $997 is a one-time starting price, not a subscription or fixed scope for every project. Hosting is separate, starting at $30 per month where offered. Confirm content responsibilities, pages, revisions, integrations, delivery, ownership and total price in the applicable agreement.

Foundation and Growth

Foundation is recurring automation service and does not include a website. Growth is recurring website and automation service; the website is included while Growth is active and becomes the client’s after six paid months, subject to the service agreement and amounts due. Month-to-month and six-month prepaid options, discounts, refunds and credits are governed by the applicable offer and agreement.

Third parties and costs

Domain registration, premium software, messaging usage, advertising spend, provider fees and other third-party costs are not included unless stated. Clients maintain required accounts and access. Third-party platforms can change, experience outages or discontinue features outside TKL’s control.

Payments and recurring billing

Payments are processed through Stripe or another identified payment provider. Purchasing a recurring service authorizes charges at the disclosed price and frequency until cancellation under the applicable terms. Review the specific checkout and service agreement before payment. Do not submit card details in website forms.

Cancellation and nonpayment

Request cancellation by emailing karl@tkldigital.com from the account email with the business and service name, or through a supplied subscription cancellation control. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not restricted by this process.

Cancel-anytime services remain subject to the notice and effective-date terms in the agreement. Services generally continue through the paid period unless otherwise agreed. After notice or payment attempts, unpaid accounts may have work, hosting or managed services paused as permitted by the agreement and law.

Client responsibilities and assets

Provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback and the authorized access needed for the agreed work. You represent that supplied logos, pictures, copy, data and account access can be used for the intended purpose, and identify any restrictions. Delayed content, access or approvals can affect delivery.

Communications and AI

SMS permission is separate and optional, with scope disclosed at collection. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply. Agreement to website terms is not marketing permission.

AI and automated tools can make mistakes. Business-critical outputs require appropriate review. General website or assistant content is not professional legal, medical, tax or financial advice. The agreed project defines responsibility for operation and review.

Intellectual property

TKL retains rights in its own pre-existing materials, reusable code and tools to the extent it owns or may license those rights. This does not claim employer, client or third-party intellectual property. Ownership and licenses for client deliverables and third-party assets are defined by the agreement. Results and illustrative work

No particular revenue, leads, appointments, rankings, ROI, savings or operational result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the business, users, data, providers and circumstances. Illustrative and in-development items are not verified customer results or promises of product availability. Estimates are not measured outcomes.

Website disclaimers and liability

General website information is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of performance, security, availability or compliance. Paid-service commitments and agreed limits belong in the service agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, TKL excludes indirect, incidental, special and consequential losses arising from general website information. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or intentional misconduct. Scope and enforceability depend on applicable law.

Acceptable use and governing law

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious information or use forms and automation unlawfully. Georgia law governs these general terms unless an applicable agreement states otherwise, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be displaced.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Mention is not an endorsement or a guarantee of suitability. These terms may be updated as the site and services change. Contact TKL with questions before entering an engagement.
