Scope and operator

TKL Digital is the business name used on this website. Contact us at karl@tkldigital.com in Atlanta, Georgia. This notice explains information handled through this site, inquiries, onboarding, optional chat, booking and checkout. Service-specific data processing may be addressed in a separate agreement.

Information you provide

We collect the contact and business information you submit, such as name, email, telephone number, business name, website, project requirements and messages. Consent records can include your choices, the notice version and the submission time. Please do not submit passwords, card details, employee records or confidential third-party data.

Technical, referral and transaction information

Hosting and security providers may process connection and request logs. When you allow analytics, the site can process usage information and store campaign parameters for the browser session. The page-view events we explicitly configure omit query strings and form text. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe; TKL receives relevant payment and service-administration information rather than full card details.

How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, understand the project, schedule discussions, provide agreed services, manage onboarding and payments, support accounts, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Providers and sharing

Website hosting and form processing use Netlify. Workflow routing uses Make. Contact-form security verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The TKL CRM uses Railway and Supabase to receive inquiry records and report on their progress. CRM, communications and optional AI chat may use HighLevel / LeadConnector. Optional analytics use Google Analytics, and optional typefaces use Google Fonts. Booking links lead to Cal.com and checkout leads to Stripe. These providers process information according to their services and applicable arrangements. Their own terms and notices apply when you use their sites.

This site does not run advertising pixels or intentionally sell contact details. Do not treat that statement as a determination about every legal definition of sale or sharing. We may disclose information where necessary to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, protect rights, or address a business transfer.

Optional technologies and your choice

Optional analytics, AI chat and externally hosted fonts are off until selected. You can reject them, select individual categories or withdraw them through Privacy choices. Navigation, inquiries and booking links remain available without optional technologies. Global Privacy Control and enabled Do Not Track signals disable analytics. Necessary hosting and security processing is separate from this optional browser setting. See Cookies & Privacy Choices for details.

AI chat

If enabled, the automated assistant and its providers can process your connection and conversation information to answer questions and route an inquiry. AI replies can be inaccurate and do not amend contracts, provide professional advice or authorize a project. Do not submit sensitive information through chat. Use the form, email or booking link as alternatives.

SMS and email

SMS permission is optional and separately requested. The disclosed scope concerns inquiries, scheduling, onboarding and account or service communication, not blanket promotional permission. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell telephone numbers or provide SMS opt-in records for third parties’ independent marketing.

You can request that marketing email stop through the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Service communications and legally necessary records may continue where appropriate.

Retention, security and transfers

We retain records as reasonably needed for the purpose, services, business records, disputes and applicable obligations. Different providers may have different retention periods and process information in different countries. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Contact us about a particular record, retention question or transfer concern.

Requests and applicable rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain certain personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact karl@tkldigital.com with the request and the record concerned; do not email sensitive identity documents unless we establish a secure process. We may need reasonable verification and may retain records where an applicable exception or obligation requires it. Browser withdrawal does not itself delete previously submitted records.

Children and changes

The site is intended for business representatives and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information. Updates to this notice are identified by the version and date; consent is requested again when this implementation’s notice version changes.
